Ridiculous ******* Service on collection of parcel

Ridiculous service!!! They take forever to collect and write up a waybill!!! AS THOUGH THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOUR! Realise something, you are a service provider! Not all of us have the pleasure and luxury of waiting on the driver to take their time to have fat conversations and then write a waybill for over 5 minutes!!!
