Ridiculous Service Ever at RAM

he Horrible and the most terrible service ever from this company, that's why i prefer DHL

Theres no effective communication from them one minute your parcel is out for delivery and the driver will give you call ,the next its back in the hub where ever that is, no one communicated about it going back to the HUB
