ridiculous service

They dont even deserve 1 star. My parcel arrived at their ware on the 22nd of April 2020 and a week later still no delivery. I have tried contacting them so many times and i would stay on the line for over 20 min and only once i managed to get through and i was promised that my parcel will delivered the next day. waited the whole day no one pitched and no communication at all. I phoned vodacom since the package is from them. They phoned RAM and got back to me telling me that the address was changed and now it need to be send to the back office first before ram could deliver. Total bull. I told vodacom that i will be cancelling the order should i not receive it by this Friday. Im tired. i waited over R200 calling RAM
