Ridiculous

An order placed on the 3rd November, Ram has failed to have it delivered since Monday. I called this morning after receiving an email from Foshini group about a failed delivery attempt, I called RAM and advised them that I need the parcel today as I will not be in the office tomorrow, the lady assured me that it will be out for delivery before 5pm today. Immediately after my phone call, I received a SMS from RAM advising me the same. I called them this afternoon at 14:45 and the lady on the other end said it's en route to be delivered today before 5pm. At 14:53, I get a call from RAM and I was told that the driver with my parcel does not deliver to my side. I am so disappointed as I did tell the lady in the morning that I needed it today as I am not in the office tomorrow, now I will have to spend money to go to an area I had no business being.
