Revolting Service From Ram
I have been given the run around by Ram in regards to a Rain sim card that needs to be delivered to my current address, that I have changed with them and also my contact details that have changed. However, there is still no delivery from them. On Wednesday alone I had to call in three times before I could get assistance. Yesterday with was 08.12.2020 I received an email from Ram confirming my delivery, then I responded back on their ''help'' email and got an email stating that Sibongile Mabuza is handling the query and I haven't gotten any respond whats so ever. Mind you I'm still being billed for this as its a sim swap

11 Dec 2020, 11:53 FYI Mail Sent out at 3 hours ago, and I only got a mere automatic reply.
I'm not getting any communication(SMS) in regards to the above parcel being delivered to my current address. I had sent an email earlier this week to this same mail address and Sbongile Mabaso was handling my escalation yet the parcel is still not getting delivered to the incorrect address and the cellphone number is still not updated. I got an email saying my parcel is out for delivery but I'm not even sure where it's going to be delivered. I'm at my ends wits with Ram I honestly don't know what to do really for me to get the sim card delivered.
My cellphone number is ***Address: 6764/33 Seirra Nevada Street Lenasia South Ext 4
