Review your communication methods because they suck

My experience has been very bad I got an sms the time I ordered and they said the order will arrive within 5 working days all of a sudden 2days later I receive a call stating that they coming to deliver....like how?I' am not even around at time why was there no communication prior to them making such arrangements I am not happy at all I'm definitely disappointed 💔 😔 I had to rush back only for me to call them and be told that they won't be coming back as they have passed
