Returned Sim card 2 times
I was waiting gor Vodacom SIM to be delivered and returned twice because of incompetence of RAM u made arranfement with Vodacom that the delivery time should be done after 4pm when i am home but to my suprised the courier said im not available in my cellphone the very one vodacom contacted me with so i am done with Vodacom and on Monday 28th I was told the couriers came but wouldn't leave the delivery without my ID that was 12 midday like really .I called Vidacom to tell them that they going to loose clients because of this useless couriers but it seems they both the same.Those dekivery boys are the most useless people I have ever had to deal with, RAM put they couldn't reach me in my cell I don't know which number they used and were they got it from
Please note that the contact number and delivery address gets provided by the sender. The sender had not provided us with a delivery time or any other arrangement for us to make a delivery.
Vodacom deliveries can only be attempted twice, and no more, hence why the parcel was returned back to the sender after two failed attempts.
