RETHABILE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Rethabile, Customer Service Agent is the WORST. This person doesn't even show willingness to help. Unfriendly, seems to only be there to receive a pay check. I also saw this is not the first complaint and it's concerning how they can still be employing this person as a Customer Service Agent. Was this person even trained to be in this position as I see a lack of empathy and helpfulness. No attempt to even check up on deliveries. DISGUSTING
