Retarted RAM

For 2 days RAM said that they could not get hold of me to deliver my parcel. On both days I was at home. They never try to contact me. I even phoned them on the morning of the 2nd day to give them additional communication to me. Again, they could not reach me, according to them. Try and phone them, I spent 2 hours on the phone solving absolute nothing. I the meantime I am still waiting for my urgent parcel. This is by far the poorest service that I have experienced in my life.
