Response required - Unsatisfied Client

I have gotten the WORST service from RAM.. my package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and the driver did not call my actual number, and cancelled the delivery, they said the order would come through on Wednesday and it didn't. I waited for it today and as I track the order I see that they cancelled, saying that I was unavailable on my phone but NO ONE TRIED TO CONTACT ME. when I call in they tell me that a reattempt is not guaranteed. They inconvenience you and do nothing to rectify it? How many times must I call them to make sure they have the correct details? I have had over 10 calls with them this week! I would never willingly chose them for courier services.
