Resolved my complaint within a few hours

I first had a 1 star rating review (due to no one responding to my customer service emails and my delivery not arriving over multiple days without explanation), BUT I have now amended my review to 5 stars, as my complaint was quickly and professionally corrected by a gentleman named Marlon Augustus who is a Customer Service Department Team Leader at RAM Couriers in Isando.

He called me within an hour of my complaint on hellopeter and found out what the issue was and ensured my delivery arrives the same day as my complaint and his call to me.

I was very impressed at how professional, well-spoken, respectful and diligent Marlon was in resolving whatever the issue was.

Thank you again for how quickly this was resolved and for the superior level of professionalism shown by this gentleman and the quick response from his team.
