Repugnant Driver

The service I received from the driver, who just delivered my parcel, ref;CAZA*** few minutes ago, was revolting. His phone etiquette wasn’t of a service provider dealing with a customer. How can you call a client and tell them to come out when you are not even at the gate, because you are in a hurry and don’t want to be held up. No greeting or whatsoever when approaching the vehicle to get the item, just as he was about to takeoff, only remembered to confirm that it’s actually the right person receiving the parcel
