Reluctancy to help

I've written on the bad experience i had with RAM on delivering a parcel I still don't have delivered to me.

RAM was so kind to respond to my experience on this platform with a GENERIC RESPONSE, the name is wrong and the story is incorrect as well.

I further received an email where they saying they couldn't call me but the number they show me is not mine. Mind you they have my contact details its confirmed everytime I enquire.

The level of "Dont care" they're giving is disgusting. I'm taking this to Social media too now
