Refusing to delivery a service! And lying to customers!
You promised me that you had informed the delivery branch to contact me and would arrange delivery today without fail!!
I did not receive any communication today and I am now still sitting without my parcel 3 days later!!!
This is completely ridiculous and I will be taking this further! You are refusing to complete at service you have been paid to do!
I will be logging a complaint with vodacom and making sure that this incompetence in looked into!

27 Jan 2021, 17:08Made arrangements at 10:30 for the parcel to be delivered at 4:30 and all had been confirmed!( I had to leave work early for this), I get a call at 3:30 as only to be told at 4:30 sorry the parcel is already back at the depo! So once again I don't receive my parcel!
