REFUSED DELIVERY

Today i was expecting a parcel RAM arrived but refused to deliver everything was arranged with Vodacom i had an avidavid of my father a certified id copy proof of address Certified after my father spoke to Vodacom himself authorized Vodacom it can be delivered at RAM: Your parcel is out for delivery to Hendrik Van Eck Blvd North West University Building 8 Room 107 North West University Vanderbijlpark 1911. THEY REFUSED I THEN ASKED WHETHER IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DELIVER AT MY FATHERS BUSINESS WICH WAS ABOUT 10KM AWAY THEY REFUSED IN A RUDE WAY IN ADDITION THE BOX WASN'T IN A PROPER CONDITION THIS AFTERNOON MY FATHER CHANGED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WITH VODACOM 28 KRUGER AVE VEREENIGING BUDGET WISE THEY WILL CONFIRM I'M EXPECTING DELIVERY ON TUESDAY IF NOT WELL HAVE A PROBLEM

Then i received this SMS The delivery of Vodacom order K*** has been unsuccessful. Please call RAM on *** to rearrange a new delivery date. Vodacom I Changed the delivery address to 28 Kruger ave Vereeniging i'm expecting delivery from you on the 19th April if refusal is the case again we will have a problem

I just phoned RAM even though i changed the delivery address with Vodacom they still have the old delivery address they still have the old one

Up to now i had no response from RAM regarding my complaint i had to phone them every time with an excuse i changed the delivery address with Vodacom update and check and deliver my parcel

Vodacom" I'm being sent from one to another i gave Vodacom the correct delivery address
