Refuse to deliver package

Hi, a lady from on-air called us about a special they had on the Dstv wifi connector box we decided to take the special, my husband Mnr R Kloppers told the lady that I will be at home to receive the package and she said it will be fine,a few days after Ram couriers came to deliver but the driver refused to give me the package I tried to explain that my husband spoke to the lady from on-air and told her I would receive the package and he said to give him a copy of my husband's id,I told him I cant because my husband is away on business and I can give him my id he still refused, the next day the driver came back and it was the same story,I called on-air and they said to call Ram couriers so I did I spoke to the manager and explained the story,after explaining and getting no where I asked him if I can mail my husbands id to him and he said yes he gave me his [Email Removed] contacting my husband's work and I received a copy of his id I then mailed the copy of my husband's id to the adress the manager provided me the mail was delivered and i provided my phone number. I didn't receive any mail or call from the manager he didn't respond, and i didn't receive anything
