Really RAM?!

I am waiting on a Vodacom product that RAM should have delivered 2 days ago (2 June 2020). I received an SMS, but no one showed up. The next day Vodacom Customer Care phoned me to confirm that my delivery is on its way and they were also confused as to why the parcel wasn't delivered the previous day. Shortly after Vodacom's call, I received a SMS that my delivery is on its way. Needless to say I am still waiting.
