Really Bad Service From - RAM Hand To Hand Couriers

I find this unexceptionable. I'm tracking my order which was do be delivered yesterday and I get information on your side with the waybill tracking saying 'UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Incorrect Address - Incorrect address on Waybill.' How can you have my order going out with an INCORRECT ADDRESS on Waybill? It is really a bad reflection on your business and effort. Why wasn't I contacted as my cell number should be stated with the order and on the Waybill?
