Really Bad Service Delivery

Have received very Bad Service From Ram. Sender Booked a collection on Monday, its Wednesday and still no collection. have been contacting then non stop but getting no help at all, also requested to speak to a manager several times then i hold on for 20 min and the line goes dead. Worst courier company i have had to deal with in South Africa
