It also started the 24th of November when I placed my rain order I was called and asked where I want it to be delivered so I gave them my work adress and they told me it would be delivered the 25th which didn't happen obviously so I called them and they said they'll deliver the Saturday so I had to change my adress to my home adress come monday still no parcel called them to change my adress again and they insured me by today the 1st it will be delivered still waiting tried calling and was told they'll call back. Ohhhh and I also dont have tracking numbers it tells me no such parcel in dispatch. I'm soooooooo over this at the moment.
