RAM/Vodacom

Must useless service! Together with Vodacom they f... up my collection by trying to pick up from the wrong address and then by telling me that they phoned me, which they did not. Why can't they just do their job as they promise. Since the 20th of Dec I'm struggling to get my phone collected and taking back to the warehouse. So thanks Vodacom and thanks RAM for the **** service you provide us with.
