RAMS/Vodacom

My queries is still not resolved I called Rams courier this morning and spoke to Kwena to check if the arrangement I had with the driver to deliver to the 3rd party is still in place According to Kwena they don't do 3rd party deliveries,instructions must come from Vodacom. Where did Rams get the 3rd party delivery address?!!!! because I only gave it to Vodacom I don't know if there's miscommunication between Vodacom and the Courier I am still waiting for a call from Kwena This delivery is long overdue since 20/04/2022 and I was admitted in hospital on 02/05/2022 still chasing my delivery It is really frustrating to be a loyal customer since 1998 and be treated like this. Can someone senior from Vodacom or RAMS call me
