RAM's Poor Service

I am disgusted by the pathetic service RAM provides, as such they are putting RAIN into disrepute. I ordered a RAIN sim card on 27 April 2020 which was confirmed to be in Cape Town as of 29 April 2020 stating, "Out of Container". It's been two weeks now still "Out of Container", these people have not responded to even one of the countless emails I sent them. The chat service is a waste of time altogether, calling them is also unfruitful and they don't even call you back or acknowledge your inquiries. Wow! I have never been so frustrated and disappointed...yhooo. I have decided that I will drive to your offices now to go get my parcel.
