Ram's non delivery is consistent two cellphone upgrades in a row

Your service remains equally bad two years down the line. The exact same thing happened to me 2 x in a row with RAM.

Your courier indicated that I would not be reached at the location specified. It is a massive building with 4 x receptionists! So the guy phones a wrong number and leaves and marks my parcel as undeliverable because I was not available.

Your guy did not ask for me at reception (like I would assume a courier guy to do). So he walks into the building, dials a mobile number (a wrong number) and leaves.

I came to the office to get a phone TODAY just to get told that this might happen tomorrow. I am beyond disappointed that both of my phone deliveries have been handled badly by Ram!

I would expect the courier guy to be phoned and told to come back to my location to deliver my parcel. Exceptionally unhelpful.
