Rams most useless courier company stay far away

I wouldnt recommend anyone to use their service , the drivers don’t care if you receive the package or not. I ordered something and the company used Rams courier I was promised by Ram that I would receive the package after phoning 3 x people from their customer care only to receive a email that the package wasn’t delivered, after speaking to someone in their customer care call centre the call was escalated with instructions. After waiting the whole day nothing was received or no one phoned even through I let security know that rams was coming. They just don’t care and am surprised they still in business. My business and all my friend will never use their service and will continue to inform people about how shocking their service is
