RAM's driver *****ing from shipments during delivery
We have been using RAM for a few years and 2 months ago their driver was *****ing from our shipments while out on delivery. RAM claims that it is not their responsibility and they are not liable yet it happened inside the delivery vehicle and was ****** on 3 separate occasions by their driver. Terrible service after 6 years of support

Please note that the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered to TakeALot in Johannesburg (Witfontein).
They will never accept parcels from our drivers that are not sealed and packaged. Please ensure with the receiver that your parcels are received in the same condition you have sent them in.

Please note that the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered to TakeALot in Johannesburg (Witfontein).
They will never accept parcels from our drivers that are not sealed and packaged. Please ensure with the receiver that your parcels are received in the same condition you have sent them in.

23 Oct 2020, 14:35The driver has already been apprehended by Ram and the theft has already been proven. The driver systematically opened and sealed the boxes after *****ing and Ram has already declared that the driver was responsible. Please check your facts before making statements. We allowed ram 3 months to remedy this with no luck.
