Rams couriers - poor service
Rams was the chosen courier for a claims card from Thesl. I was promised this card would be delved on 5 December. Upon contacting them this afternoon (5 Dec) I am told it's still sitting in Jhb and I will receive it on Monday 9 December. Poor service.
