RAMS COURIERS PATHETIC SERVICE

I accepted an offer of a vodacom smart tab from Elite Mobile. I received the device on the 14th May 2018. I did not use the device and on the 16th May 2018 i requested Elite Mobile to have the device picked up. My cell no. was not in operation at the time so I gave them my sons no and my landline number at work. They tried once to get hold of me since the 16th May 2018. I must specify that I was at work just not at my desk at the second that they called. I have since called Elite Mobile requesting that they pick up the device five (5) times. Reference numbers 122534 Salome, 084033 Veronica, #438264 Nkululeko, 442960 Marilyn. The policy is that they would collect within 14 working days. Today is the 18th day that I am waiting for collection. In the meantime vodacom is charging me for a device that I advised them within 2 days that I do not want and i am not using. RAM SERVICE SUCKS.
