RAM’s bad service

Today I’ve been expecting a delivery from RAM.At around 11am I called the head office to contact the driver to give me an estimate of when they’ll arrive. The lady helping me said the driver says they do not know but they are in Silverlakes Pretoria. I really do not understand why the driver would say that while they were just in an area that’s less that 5km away. Could they not use a navigator to see how far my place is from where they are? Three hours later I’m still waiting and called the head office again, they made me hold for what seemed to be for ever until they decided to drop the phone. I have stuff to do but could not get anything done today as RAM failed to give me at least an estimate of the time they’ll arrive. I’m so annoyed by the bad service, especially from the driver.
