RAMS , a bunch of ****s
This courier does not deserve even 1 star ⭐, what a ****ty company . Bunch of liers, it has been 12 days and I have not received my parcel. I order Vans sneakers on the 25th Nov , the handed my parcel to RAMS Courier on the 27th, they are not truthful . 12 days later , I am still waiting. They keep **** updating that my parcel is out for delivery, then they say failed attempt, it happened on the 1st dec, then again yesterday. Today again it says delivery unsuccessful but they never called me nor WhatsApp me. At this point, they must just close that company cause clearly they can’t do their job, I am escalating this matter to Vans South Africa
