RAMMobile/Ram Hand To Hand Couriers poor service

Very inefficient company I was supposed to receive my parcel today, as per your online tracking system and SMS received this morning, when I checked now, it says: RAMMobile NonDelivery - . When I called the call center, They said I will receive my parcel today. The courier guy left without even calling me or ringing the bell, as I was at home the whole time. That parcel was very important for me to receive on time so I made sure to take time off of work and receive it myself. I half expected them to be like this that's why I asked them to share drivers contact number but apparently, that against their "policy" but being inefficient in their process is not.
