Rammobile Nonedelivery

Hi there can someone please assist, I've waited the whole day for my parcel as I got the sms stating that it would be delivered today . But with no luck , when I tracked my parcel it says "Rammobile Nondelivery" no one called if they got lost or so . I need to know what steps to do from here onwards .
