RAMMobile NonDelivery

I was suppose to receive my parcel today, as per your online tracking system, when I checked again this morning, it now says: RAMMobile NonDelivery - . What makes matters worse is that no one even tried to contact me on my cell. When I called the call center, am been told the courier was here and he left!! Really, he left without even calling or checking up on me.

I am very disappointed rather with your service as now i am without a parcel and unsure when exactly my parcel will come.
