Appalling service from RAM. Stayed home the whole day for a delivery and tracked my parcel for hours. At the end of day all I got was this message. "RAMMobile NonDelivery - contact unavailable". Utter nonsense, I wasn't even contacted by any of the RAM representatives nor drivers. Tried to reach their call center with no success. We understand it's lockdown but do not lie about the status of your deliveries. If a delivery is late notify your clients and don't change the status of your deliveries to suite your stats.
