Rammed by Ram Hand to Hand

Received the notification of delivery 7.52. I phoned at 8.29 to ask for an estimated time of delivery. Was told that was not possible and had to wait for delivery between 8 am to 5pm. After complaining was told they will ask the driver to phone. Which never happened. Followed up with mails that will perhaps give some feedback via email. That did not happen. Phoned again at 15.44 to be told they have 50 deliveries. Maybe a mathematical problem then to deliver in 9hours, but who knows maybe the drivers don't take lunch. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor only to have the phone disconnected while complaining. Worst service provider, rather use Takealot or DHL or any other provider for that matter because the service couldn't be worse. Frustrating frustrating frustrating to say the least
