Rammed

My husband ordered a mother's day gift for me online and we expected it to be delivered today seeing that that is what they stated on the tracking tool on their website.

We were literally waiting for this package to be delivered the whole day. Both of us are home with our kids seeing that it is lockdown.

So after 5 we go to check what the tracking tool says, and lo and behold, it says that we weren't home and that they were unable to contact us. It also states that we live in an unsafe area.

I would just like to state that we live in a very safe and guarded estate. There is nothing unsafe about the area we stay in.

I wonder how many other moms are going to have to wait till who knows when for their gifts.

I am terribly upset by the level of service rendered, and then blaming the client for the lack of decent service.

I will never make use of this service again, or recommend it to anyone.
