RAM...hand to hand couriers, more like wait forever and pray service is given.

I requested a parcel to be picked up from me and sent to JHB. I recieved a waybill and waited patiently.

It took RAM almost a week to get back to me, after I contacted them NUMEROUS amounts of times trying to find out why my parcel had not been collected

After much trouble, my parcel was collected on Friday.

Today is Monday and my parcel is still stagnant and has not been sent to the address given.

Why does this company continue to provide people with poor service.

I am beyond unhappy and would like RAM to resolve this and respond as they do not bother to.
