Ram...BAD BAD service and unreliable.
Terrible non existent service. Lot's of promises, non delivery 3 times arranged of my Standard bank credit card. Bad name for Standard Bank as well. Today after once again, card not delivered at 9am as arranged, called them at 11h00, only to be put on hold and promised to get call back. At 15h40, still no contact. Shame on you.

It seems once again that you have major service and communication problems within your organization! On COB yesterday no card received and no call. I will call my bank later today and escalate this to my private banking division as I will be unable to make use of their banking services.
