Ram....are they ****?
I ordered items from Sisley who use Ram to deliver their goods. I ordered on the 24th November , my goods are apparently with Ram and I got a message to say they allegedly tried to deliver on the 4th Dec 7PM . No correspondance or warning of this delivery and my security say no delivery attempts were made to my home. I, to date have not got a response on when my goods will arrive. The customer service is like being on a ring road with no exit. Ram have no REAL customer service....feels like I am dealing with **** company. I have used Whattsap customer service and been referred to tracking on their website. No progress on either options. Can't get to speak with a person when you call the numbers given. Most companies have this stuff so streamlined, I am beginning to think that maybe they are not legit.
