Ram your services are up to ****

Ram were supposed to deliver a handset to me today 10 Sept i called them numerous times informing them that I had to leave by 12;00 and made arrangements for delivery after 15h00. I received a call from ram at 13:30 for delivery, I informed him that im in Heidelberg and the arrangement was for after 15h00 The delivery guy informed mehe will deliver the phone Saturday morning. As per rams website they do not operate on week weekends Each time I have to deal with ram its the same story either they cant read or dont know how to use a GPS or they jusy lie to a person I phoned the call Centre again to speak to a manager and were informed he will phone me back. That never happens. Ram couriers are the moet *********** company to deal with as they lie and deceive people and dont keep their promises. *** is the Contact number of the delivery guy I called him back but no answer.
