RAM Wrong Delivery

On ***9 RAM delivered the incorrect Rain simcard to me. This made me bad mouth the company RAIN instead it was them who delivered the incorrect sim. I now have been waiting 4 days for the correct simcard. How can a delivery service get the wrong package to a customer what if it was a bigger item?
