RAM worst service ever!!!!!
I have been waiting for RAM to collect my device for repairs as per insurance requests and to date they haven't collected. All that they do is call and they tell you that they are coming but never do. Their courier guys report that they didn't find anyone or that I'm unreachable which is a lie. Please teach your courier guys not to report lies saying they came while they didn't. Four weeks of waiting but still nothing. Bad poor service ever experienced with such a known courier.
