RAM WORST SERVICE

What an awful experience with RAM couriers, they’ve been attempting to deliver my parcel at my house in town from the 30th December 2024 no one calls to make arrangements or notify me they’ve arrived so I can come sign for my parcel, they would send me an email to say my parcel is out for delivery then later that day I receive an email and sms to say they failed to deliver and returned parcel back to the hub no communication whatsoever nothing I can’t also call the driver to check where they are it’s a DEAD END, I m so frustrated as I need this parcel as soon as possible and I do not know what to do.

Worst service ever

I wish Bash would stop giving them business as they don’t deserve it, they don’t care about customers at all

And to add on this should I not receive my parcel by the 2nd Jan 2025 I am taking this further, sick and tired of this nonsense service
No one even calls me yet my contact number is there and I’m always in my house since it’s the holidays. Piece of **** service RAM must close business it’s not working

Yes only delivered after I made 1000 calls following up and complaining about your pathetic customer service, your drivers only called me yesterday after the whole week of unsuccessful delivery,

Your company is the worst when it comes to customer service, no communication whatsoever. I would not recommend to anyone instead people and companies must stay away from y’all your business lacks professionalism can’t have so many complaints no man
