RAM worst service
No courier company has ever frustrated me the way RAM Hand to Hand couriers has. My parcel was sent out for delivery on Thursday the 7th, to my shock and horror, when I tracked it around 10:41, I found it marked "Delivery unsuccessful " at 10:35. I immediately called RAM and I was told my address could not be found, therefore my parcel will be sent back, then delivery made on Friday. Friday came and went, my parcel wasn't sent out for delivery. Yesterday Monday the 11th, same thing happened, delivery unsuccessful. Once again I called and was told the same story they told me on Thursday. I even had 2 employees call me to try and get my "correct" address, they assured me delivery will be made today. Guess what, the parcel wasn't sent out today . I really don't understand how a delivery is marked unsuccessful when a driver has driven all the way to the delivery area only for him/her to not complete the delivery. Other delivery driver call you if they are struggling to find your exact location, but RAM drivers simply just take your parcel back and mark delivery unsuccessful, how on earth? Now I'm in a process of canceling my order with Vodacom cause clearly RAM has no intention of ever delivery this package. Worst service ever, worst courier company
