Ram worst experience ever

Yuu where do I start. Ram was supposed to deliver my phone from Vodacom on Monday 6 March I'm still waiting. They say they called using my old number that I stopped using four years ago, but Vodacom provided them with my correct number. They say now they are returning my phone to Vodacom because they couldn't get hold of me. Pathetic service. I guess I have to wait for Vodacom again to send it back to them.
