Ram Worst ever courier service

This is the worst ever courier service to use , literally the worst. I have been waiting to receive my parcel and I am still without my parcel. It has been over 3 days and each time the ram driver turns back with my parcel the first time this driver called me after 6 and told me he has my parcel, I told him I wasn't home but I am 5min away I get home in 8 min I find the driver gone.

He calls me again today around 17:10 tells me he has my parcel, I tell him I am not home I should be home in 30 min I get home I call him and he is gone and not even answering my phone. I tried calling their customer service and I was told there's nothing they can do I must just wait.. this is so ****ed up. I have specified that I am using the simcard for work and now my work must fall behind because of such things.

It had been over 5 days and no assistance. Now I get a call from Ram stating that I don't want my parcel anymore now this person is lying about me.

This is the worst ever shame.. the drivers lying about customers
