RAM Worst delivery services

This is the message I get when I track my parcel. I sit whole day in front of house waiting for my parcel

I had 2 other deliveries today. Only RAM didnt show up. Nobody of RAM showed. No person showed. No call. No sms. No email.

*** this number is pointless. Just scratchy sound music en every 30 seconds saying "Sorry for keeping you waiting . a Ram agent will be with you shortly. Waste of 20min.
