This has to be the worst courier company in the world. The drivers that deliver your parcels stops at your house, press the hooter once, then leaves. After he leaves only then he call you to say he has a delivery for you. When you ask him just to return to your house you are there then he says he is busy with another delivery, understandably fine. When you ask him if you can meet up with him somewhere to get the parcel from him then he drops the phone in your ear and does not answer your calls afterwards. Later in the evening when Ram personell calls and you explain the situation the only thing they say is it will be delivered the next day. I gave them the time I will be at home, and then they never show up. When you go onto their tracking website you find that they wrote that the client was not at home had errands to run, which was not the case. And when I called them today the consultant does not even give me a chance to explain the whole situation. Rain South Africa needs to get a different courier service as these people are going to cause nobody to buy anything from them.
