RAM WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER
WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER
FROM THE CALL CENTER TO THE DELIVERY GUY ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICES. THEY SUPPOSE TO DELIVER MY RAIN DATA ON THE 25/06/21 AT 5PM AS AGREED. THE DELIVERY GUY PHONES ME AT 3PM AND TELLS ME HE IS ALMOST AT MY PLACE, I THEN TOLD HIM THIS IS NOT THE TIME AGREED UPON, HE THEN JUST HANGS UP... THESE GUYS HAVE NO SYSTEM WHATSOEVER AND WHEN I CALL CENTER TO COMPLAIN THEY JUST HANG UP. IM STILL WAITING FOR MY RAIN DATA.

Apologies for the delayed delivery of your parcel and the inconvenience caused thereof.
The courier attempted delivery quite a few times but was not able to get a hold of you, as per non-delivery reason.
The courier is going to attempt the delivery again today and can only be successful depending on your availability at the address.
