Ram - Worse/Pathetic hand to hand courier Service
Hi, ive track my delivery and it said consignment on its way to delivery. My daughter and i made several calls to Ram Durban and we were advised that the delivery will be here by 5pm today. It's now 5.20pm and the courier hasn't turn up. This is the worse courier services i ever dealt with. Most pathetic service ever. Cell C uses Ram courier and most clients are unhappy with Ram hand to hand delivery.

05 Dec 2019, 17:32It's 5.30pm and nobody has call me from Ram courier to inform me whether my parcel will delivered or not. How long should i wait or beg Ram hand to hand courier services to deliver my parcel. What kind of services is this??????

05 Dec 2019, 20:24After me calling Ram hand to hand on numerous occasions again today they have told me that they will make a special after hour delivery to my home which they **** again. Which does this pathetic courier service keep on bull****ting its recipients??? Now i totally agree why many people complain.

05 Dec 2019, 21:11Why do they treat customers this way??? Why should i beg for them to deliver my parcel? It's Cell C online that's gonna loose out on its customers. Telkom uses a more reliable courier service.
